Returns

A full refund will be issued with returned item(s) inside 20 days from the date of receipt. To begin the refund process, please contact our customer support team, hello@quiet-house.co.uk within this time. 

However, shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for returning is a mistake on our part (e.g., defective item or wrong order). 

To attain a full refund, the item(s) must be unworn, and in perfect condition. Each item will be inspected to confirm whether it has been returned in an acceptable condition. Once receiving the item(s) we will aim to refund you to your original payment card within 5 working days.
